VenturaParent.com, a local family resource Web site, is teaming up with Ventura County Adventure Boot Camp and True North Fitness & Health to give five couples in Ventura County the chance to participate in a 10-week Couples Boot Camp Challenge to get fit in time for bathing suit season.
Two couples will win first prize, a 10-week health and fitness package valued at more than $1,700. Three couples will win second prize, a 10-week health and fitness package valued at $947. These couples will receive an initial fitness assessment and body mechanics session, participate in an online personal training program and receive nutrition coaching with the first place couples.
