Listing Fees

Submit Your Listing

Basic Package / $325 year (Less than $1/day)

• You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
• The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
• You will receive a link back to your site.
• Invitation to annual VenturaParent Mixer. (for listed businesses & sponsors only)

Non-Profit Package / $165 year ($.45/day)

• You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
• The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
• You will receive a link back to your site.
• Invitation to annual VenturaParent Mixer. (for listed businesses & sponsors only)

Support Package / $75 year ($.20 day)  

• Same benefits as the Non-Profit Package.
• This is for daycare, preschool programs & churches only.
  
• Also applies to Camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.
• Also applies to individual tutors.
  

Premium Package / $395 year ($240 non-profits / $125 child care)

This is a great package if you do not have your own website.

• Same benefits as the Basic Package.
• You will receive a link to another "personal" page that includes your logo, menu, a more detailed description and/or a schedule.
• The initial set-up fee is $100 for the personal page.
• Please send an email with the text, logos, photos that you would like on your personal page.

Newsletter Advertising / Two Fee Options:

The newsletter goes out to over 1,200 families!

• Your business logo & 1 line description will be featured, $75  OR
  Paragraph (up to 65 words) on your business without logo, $100
• If you do not have a paid listing on the site, the fee is $100 (logo only) and $125 (paragraph).
• Please email your logo in .jpg format.
• If you pre-pay for 6 newsletters - you will receive 15% off.
• Fill out online contract to submit your ad and specify which month in comments section.

In-Kind Sponsorship 

Take advantage of reaching your target audience by having VenturaParent.com provide in-kind media sponsorship for your event.

• Promotion in 2 newsletters - value $125.
• A personalized Event page for 1 week on the site - value $250.
• A logo & link on our Families Giving Back page for 1 week - value $250.
  
• A listing/link under Current Highlights on our homepage (1 week) - value $250.
• Classifieds: Logo & link posted at top of page (1 month) - value $500.
  
• Listing on the VenturaParent.com Calendar of Events with your logo - value $125.
  
• A description on Non-Profit Wish List for 2 weeks to promote your organization’s needs - value $250.
  
• An opportunity to give away tickets to your event for our newsletter contests for even more visibility.

Other Details: 

• Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates.
• Package prices are based on a one year contract.
  If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 15% surcharge added to your listing fee. We do not offer monthly payments.
• Rates are effective January 1, 2007. Rates are subject to change without notice.
