Listing Fees

One of the many benefits of advertising on VenturaParent.com is the personal attention you will receive. You can change the wording, images, and details of your listing at any time. We work with you to advertise your events, classes, and promotions. Your business will have an opportunity to be in our newsletters that go out directly to all of our subscribers and post special discounts in our Parent Perks section. The purpose of our website is to connect with the community, and we want you to have a positive experience and the best opportunity to reach the market you are targeting. We have the most affordable advertising locally. We will work with you to put together the best package to meet your needs.

VenturaParent.com has parenting sites in 18 cities under ParentClick.com. Ask about special rates to be listed in more than one city.

Submit Your Listing

Basic Package - $350 / year (Less than $1/day)

• You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
• The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
• You will receive a link back to your site.
• Invitation to annual VenturaParent Mixer. (for listed businesses & sponsors only)

Non-Profit Package - $175 / year

• You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
• The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and 4 line description.
• You will receive a link back to your site.
• Invitation to annual VenturaParent Mixer. (for listed businesses & sponsors only)

Support Package / $75 year ($.20 day)  

• Same benefits as the Non-Profit Package.
• This is for daycare, preschool programs & churches only.
• Also applies to Camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.
• Also applies to individual tutors.

Premium Package / $395 year ($240 non-profits / $125 child care)

This is a great package if you do not have your own website.

• Same benefits as the Basic Package.
• You will receive a link to another "personal" page that includes your logo, menu, a more detailed description and/or a schedule.
• The initial set-up fee is $100 for the personal page.
• Please send an email with the text, logos, photos that you would like on your personal page.

Newsletter Advertising / Two Fee Options:

Our eNewsletter goes out to more than 2,700 subscribers!

• Your business logo & 1-2 line description will be featured on the right hand side of the newsletterfor $75 (with listing) OR a Paragraph (up to 65 words) on your business without logo, $100
• If you do not have a paid listing on the site, the fee is $125 (logo & 1-2 lines) OR $150 (paragraph).
• Please email your logo in .jpg format.
• If you pre-pay for 6 newsletters - you will receive 15% off.
• Fill out online contract to submit your ad and specify which month in comments section.

In-Kind Sponsorship 

• Promotion in 2 newsletters  value $150
• Listing on the VenturaParent.com event calendar with your logo  value $125
• Other options include:
• Rotation at the top of the Event Calendar page as a "Feature Event" (1 week)  value $125
• A personal Event page for 1 week on the site  value $250
• A logo & link on our Families Giving Back page for 1 week  value $125
• A description on Non-Profit Spotlight (Wish List) for 2 weeks to promote your organization's needs. Value $250
  Other options include:
• A "Current Highlights" listing on our Weekly Updates or homepage (1 week) value $325.
• A "Red Bar Link" on every page of site (1 week) $325
• Short article/tip in Newsletter $125
• Classifieds: Logo & link posted at top of page (1 month) value $850
• An opportunity to give away tickets to your event, goods or services for our newsletter contests for even more visibility. (Non-profit will provide a minimum of 4 tickets to event.)
• Additional packages available. Call for more details.

Other Details: 

• Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates.
• Package prices are based on a one year contract.
  If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 15% surcharge added to your listing fee. We do not offer monthly payments.
