My name is Valerie Zeko, and I live in Ventura with my wonderful husband Eric and three kids Anneke, Emma and Ben. Before becoming a mom, I worked as a high school teacher (English and History) in Camarillo and Oxnard. After working as a full-time mom for 9 years, I found I had a heart for helping other parents. I started thinking about creating a website for families one day while brainstorming with my friend Melissa on our weekly stroller walk around Ventura Harbor.
